Danlami Jelka
Managing Director/CEO
Danlami Zakari Jelka assumed the role of Managing Director in June 2023. Prior to this, he served at the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) from 2004 to 2018, concluding his tenure as Deputy Director. Between 1994 and 2004, he contributed to African Petroleum Plc, ultimately reaching the position of acting District Superintendent. During his time at the BPE, he played pivotal roles including coordinating and reviewing vital reform bills and transaction-related documents aimed at restructuring enterprises. Additionally, he served as an Alternate Board Member of Jos Electricity Distribution Company Plc and contributed to the Presidential Committee on the verification of all Federal Government Owned Landed Properties Abroad from 2014 to 2015. Furthermore, his involvement extended to membership in various reform committees across sectors of the Nigerian economy. Danlami holds a BSc in Marketing Management, an MBA, and is a member of the Institute of Directors (M.IoD). He actively participated in the NIPSS – Policy and Leadership Course 18 and has pursued numerous courses within and outside Nigeria.
Mrs. Grace Lamorde
Deputy General Manager & Head Of Department (Finance & Accounts)
Grace Ganah Lamorde was born on September 30, 1966, in Duk Village, Pankshin Local Government Area of Plateau State. She holds a degree in Accounting from Kaduna Polytechnic (HND) and Plateau State Polytechnic (ND), along with a Masters Degree in Public Sector Accounting from Nasarawa State University, Keffi. She is a Fellow of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (FCNA) and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). Currently, Grace serves as the Deputy General Manager & Head of Department (Finance & Accounts) at Plateau Investment and Property Development Company (PIPC) Limited.
Engr. (Mrs) Grace Dan Bature
Principal Manager And Head Of The Property Department
Engr. Grace Dan Bature is a distinguished professional affiliated with several renowned organizations, including the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (NICE), the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the Association of Professional Women Engineers (APWEN), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). She is also a registered engineer with COREN.
Throughout her career, she has excelled in various roles, such as Supervisor and Project Manager, contributing to significant construction projects. Notable among these are the Plateau (IDF) Karu Housing Project (a World Bank-assisted program), the Anglo-Jos Housing Estate in Jos, and the Site and Services Schemes at Rayfield, Bukuru, and Bauchi Road in Plateau State. Additionally, she played a key role in the Home Ownership Scheme in Bukuru.
Geraldine Nimya Gomwalk
Head of Admin & Human Resource
She earned a B.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Jos, graduating in 1997, and is a proud member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM). Her dedication to professional growth is evident through her active participation in numerous seminars and workshops, both locally and internationally.
Notable programs include the Human Resources Management program organized by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Skills Development for Administrative and Personnel Officers by ISCAN Lagos, Becoming an Effective Public Speaker by NCEF Abuja, The Professional Manager and Global Economic Meltdown by the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) North Central Zone, and Capacity Building for Human Resource Managers in Lagos, among many others.

Barrister Kimpuk is a graduate of Law from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001. With over 18 years of experience in corporate legal practice, he has built a distinguished career marked by expertise in Corporate Secretarial Practice (CSP), Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and Management.
His commitment to professional excellence is reflected in his active participation in numerous workshops, courses, and seminars, which have further enhanced his skills and knowledge in these specialized areas.
Lot Naankyep Yohanna
Head of Audit
He completed his Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi, Plateau State, and further advanced his qualifications with a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Accountancy from the Nigerian College of Accountancy, Kwall, Bassa LGA, near Jos. A Certified National Accountant (CNA), he is a proud professional member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).
With over 21 years of experience in accounting practice, he has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to professional development by attending more than 15 relevant workshops and conferences. These engagements have significantly enhanced his expertise and proficiency within the accountancy profession and work environment.
